Function
- To exercise control over the construction, maintenance and repair of the buildings, roads, and similar estimates of the University.
- To organize services relating to water supply, electricity and communications.
- To supervise the installation and maintenance of such machinery as may be assigned to his control by the Vice-Chancellor.
- To get designs, plans and estimates as prepared for such projects for construction and/or alteration of University buildings and grounds as may be ordered by the Vice-Chancellor.
- To maintain records of allotment of buildings of the University for various purposes.
