The-Vice Chancellor is the principal executive and academic officer of university and ex-officio chairman of Board of Management and Academic Council. The Vice-Chancellor plays a pivotal role in overseeing the institution's academic, research, and administrative functions. The Vice-Chancellor engages in resource allocation and policy formulation to steer the agricultural university towards excellence in education and research of the university. Further, Vice-Chancellor exercises general control over the affairs of the university and is responsible for due maintenance of discipline in the university.
