The University has been running a full-fledged multi-speciality hospital with 32 beds of which 06 are ICU beds with qualified doctor and Hospital Technical & Non-technical staff under the administrative control of Director Student Welfare BAU, Sabour. This facility is available for the students, staff members family of staff & others, of the University. Ambulance facility is available at H.Q. for transferring emergency patient to Medical college Hospital, Bhagalpur/ Patna.
