The present invention provides a process for formulating partially acidulated nano-phosphorus (P) fertilizerwherein the partially acidulated nano-rock phosphate fertilizer has phosphorus content in the range of 4% to 5%.
Specific advantages
Apparent P recovery use efficiency in Nano P fertilizer goes high upto 30 to 35 % through soil application and 48 to 50 % through foliar application in cereal crops (Rice and wheat) as observed under field experimentation.Reduction of the fertilizer requirement is achieved upto 40% to 50%.The nano-phosphorus (P) fertilizer has no adverse effect on soil microbial activities for example Dehydrogenase and phosphatase enzymatic activities.The product is potentially beneficial to farming community.
