For the sustainable development of agriculture and allied sector adequate knowledge and skill are essential at field level. To provide updated knowledge and recent technologies to practicing Farmers University organize training programmes through its 22 Extension Units (Krishi Vigyan Kendras (KVKs)), 06 Academic Units and Directorate of Extension Education located in 22 different districts of Bihar. The technologies released by the university should reach among all stakeholders on time. In the current scenario of climate change, the importance of the technologies, innovations, market linkages, literacy of farmers has become more intensive and mitigates the challenges. To overcome these challenges, all stakeholders must be equipped with updated knowledge, specific skills in different areas of agriculture and allied sectors.
